Our normal time to make and ship an item is two weeks. Lockdown has extended this timeframe.
Please note we are unable to make any products during level 4 lockdown. The Government has announced that New Zealand can safely move out of Alert Level 4 lockdown at 11.59pm on Monday 27 April. That means we can start making our orders from Tuesday the 28/04/2020.
We will make and send the oldest orders out first. If you have ordered towards the end of the lockdown please be patient.
Shipping
We will be using a contactless courier service to do deliveries during level 3, 2 and 1.
We do not offer a click and collect solution.
What if I placed an order but cannot wait. Please contact us and we can arrange a refund if you require it.
We will be working as fast as is safe in the current conditions.
Keepsake Boxes
As described in the product description keepsake boxes will be shipping later as we are awaiting parts to arrive for the boxes. If you would like your order partially shipped please contact us.
Mothers Day
We will try to get all orders that look like Mother's Day gifts out on time but we cannot promise this. If you are concerned please contact us.
