Shipping policy
All orders are processed within timeframes available at the top of the website (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipments normally take 2 business days once shipped but may take longer during busy periods. Our parcels ship via Aramex.
Rural Delivery
Rural deliveries are handed over from Aramex to NZ Post. Rural deliveries will take an extra 2-3 days. NZ Post does not accept parcels over 1.5m (Height Charts Only). You will need to provide a nonrural address for height charts to deliver to.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rural delivery can occur an additional $5 charge. When purchasing height charts the rural network may choose to hold the height chart at the nearest depot due to its length.
Local delivery
If your address is local to Little Miss Viking we may opt to hand deliver your item instead of using Aramex. This is at Little Miss Viking's sole discretion and does not qualify for a discount.
International Shipping
We normally offer international shipping to the following countries: Australia, however, due to COVID 19 we have suspended this service.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including GST/VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Little Miss Viking is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@littlemissviking.co.nz with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Little Miss Viking cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@littlemissviking.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Keep all the shipping packaging. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
