We work closely with you following your purchase to ensure you receive products which you will brag about to your family and friends. This starts the minute your order is received. With our graphic designers professionally personalising every order.
We have perfected our packing process so we experience very few breakages, however in the very unlikely event that your item is damaged in transit please send through a photo of the damaged product and we will organise a replacement.

We are unfortunately unable to provide a refund or exchange if there is a mistake on a personalised item that is not our fault, so please make sure you check the spelling and details carefully, including names and dates. Natural products like wood will have different grains and colours, this is not a fault. Please note as all products are personalised we are unable to offer refunds once the production process has commenced unless the mistake was an error on our part. For non-personalised products, if the item is not as described or doesn’t meet the purpose it is intended for we will gladly offer a refund or exchange. If you are for any reason unhappy with your purchase please email (hello@littlemissviking.co.nz) and we will do our very best to resolve any issues.
A sign that hangs down with a grandchild's first name and date of birth on engraved on each board. The top board reads “Our Grandchildren A Grand Blessing” by default but can be personalised. Each board is customised for you and measures approximately 29.5cm x 9cm.
The date format for each board is as pictured on https://littlemissivking.co.nz eg dd.mm.yyyy. When selecting a font it will not change the font of the date/numbers.
The header board is 12cm high, allowing for two-three lines of text. Long phrases and text will be shrunk to fit this space. The gap between is approximately 0.9-1cm. The image shown has 4 grandchildren. A great gift for Mother's or Father's Day or when a new arrival joins the extended family.
The pieces connect together by the provided split rings being hooked through the holes in the boards.
Please note the older solid pine boards are no longer available. This bamboo version is the only available option
Choose Your Font
The font you select will be used for all names and words. Long names may be shrunk to fit the space available. The dates & numbers will use the default font at all times.
Custom Header
A custom header is available, please add notes to the Names and Dates Of Birth box.
ADDITIONAL BOARDS
For an extra board, please select "Extra Grandchild - No Header" under Number of Grandchildren.
