The terms and conditions below apply to the use of this website at www.littlemissviking.co.nz (the ‘website’) which is operated by Little Miss Viking Ltd, who are registered in New Zealand. Using the website and or placing an order constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions.
Prices & Payment
All prices on the website are in New Zealand dollars ($).
Payment via all major debit and credit cards are taken online via Paypal.com and via Shopify Payments. The website also offers buy now pay later options like Afterpay and Laybuy, use of these services have their own terms and conditions.
We pride ourselves on getting you your items as quickly as possible. All our orders are made to order. The current order queue is visible at the top of the website. This is an estimate only.
We use Amarex for the majority of our items, with couriers taking larger orders that may require this. Once dispatched you can expect to receive your item(s) within 3-4 working days if using our standard delivery option.
If a product has become unavailable and we are not able to fulfil the order or there will be a delay in fulfilling the order we will advise you as soon as possible and offer a full refund, credit for an alternative product or the option for us to fulfill the order when supplies have been received.
We will only ship to New Zealand and Australia.
If any details that you give to us for your delivery address are incorrect then we are not liable if you do not receive any items you have ordered from us.
We want you to be happy with your items but in the unfortunate event that you’re not, we’ll do our very best to make it right. Simply get in touch and we’ll help you out.
It is vitally important that when you place your order that you check all details, including dates, spelling, punctuation and grammar are correct as we copy what we get sent for item personalisation.
If you have noticed an error after you have placed an order we request you let us know ASAP on facebook or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and providing the item has not already been sent for production we can look to make the required alterations.
Where there is an error made that was not a fault of ours or the item has not been cared for in your possession there maybe charges to rectify issues. If the item is faulty, we will replace the item or refund the item.
Please note that items are still your responsibility until it reaches us and returns postage cost shall be borne by you, unless the item is faulty. We recommend sending them by a secure delivery method that covers the cost of the item and we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post.
