How much is the thickness of plaque?
It is around 3mm thick.

What is the colour selection for? Is this what colour the bamboo will be? Lol sorry if this sounds stupid.
The colour selection is for if you are wanting the "dipped" version of it where the bottom half is painted.

Does it matter how much letters the name has? Is there a limit.
The name plaque can do 12 characters on one line.

Natural products like wood will have different grains and colours, this is not a fault. Please note as all products are personalised we are unable to offer refunds once the production process has commenced unless the mistake was an error on our part. For non-personalised products, if the item is not as described or doesn’t meet the purpose it is intended for we will gladly offer a refund or exchange.
