Natural products like wood will have different grains and colours, this is not a fault. Please note as all products are personalised we are unable to offer refunds once the production process has commenced unless the mistake was an error on our part. For non-personalised products, if the item is not as described or doesn’t meet the purpose it is intended for we will gladly offer a refund or exchange.     Yes, please  contact us to discuss what number you would like the height chart to start at. The default is 20cm to 200cm but we can change this to suityou. Please consider any skirting boards you may have that need to be cleared.
