I have spent hours upon hours and dollars upon dollar trying to create a magical Christmas for my children and sometimes my ideas turn out less than in reality. I can happily say that these boxes turned out way better than I hoped. I actually cried when unboxing them imagining all the years of memories they will get to hold. The boxes are big enough to hold just about anything you could want for Christmas Eve. They came earlier than I expected and were amazingly finished. You can see the care to detail in them. Although slightly more expensive than other options I had looked at definitely worth it. I will like buy some for extended family members now. Natural products like wood will have different grains and colours, this is not a fault. Please note as all products are personalised we are unable to offer refunds once the production process has commenced unless the mistake was an error on our part. For non-personalised products, if the item is not as described or doesn’t meet the purpose it is intended for we will gladly offer a refund or exchange. Temporarily moving to get earthquake repairs done Jess & Dan realised the markings on their door frame showing their then two year-olds growth would be lost.
